BIO
Born in Madrid, she combined her PhD studies in Physical Sciences with acting. In June 2009 she obtained a diploma in interpretation and a doctorate in Physics.
From 2009 to 2011, she combines her work as a science teacher in different institutes in Madrid with the formation of the theater company (Plomo Candente) with which she premieres three shows that travel throughout the Spanish geography.
In 2011 she left the company and her teaching job to specialize in the MEISNER Technique with Mark Wakeling from Actor's Temple London.
From 2011 to 2013 she trained as a Meisner coach and since then she has worked with professionals actors teaching this technique and founds MADRIDMEISNERSTUDIO in February 2017, becoming the first space in Madrid specialized in the technique developed by Sanford MEISNER.
In May 2013 she founded LaCanoa Teatro and performs the following shows:
"TAPE" by Stephen Belber, directed by Bruno Ciordia with a great reception from the public and criticism. In August 2014, she decides to move to London and premieres the monologue "DIOS against EVA EISENBERG " by Saúl F. Blanco in June 2015 at Peckham Rye's Bussey Building (a space known for the quality of its programming). In September she returned to Madrid and performed this monologue at the Umbral de Primavera and in the Lola Membrives of the Lara Theater. In October 2015 she participates in the TALENT Madrid Festival of the Teatros del Canal with an adaptation and direction of "Spoon River Anthology" by Edgar Lee Master. In October 2016 she participates again in the last TALENT as an actress and playwright with the play "Ella entre todas” directed by Ruth Rubio and Oriol Anglada.
Apart from her work as an actress, she has two great artistic passions, photography and poetry . With Alberto Torres at the piano, she creates her poetry show " Las esquinitas de mis pensamientos " which had its premiere at the fourteenth congress on Gender Violence Against Women organized by the Alicante Provincial Council.
In 2018 she wrote, directed and premiered her first large-format play “ @FACTORLIMITANTE ” which was in March 2020 within the cycle " Muses: Women on the scene" at the Umbral de Primavera (Madrid).
In August 2019 she obtained a scholarship within the international residences of Konventpuntzero in Barcelona to develop her latest theatrical project " Diacroníadelos40 " where she is co-author and actress under the direction of Darío Sigco and which premiered in October 2020 in the Sala de Cuarta Pared Theater within the Surge Festival in Madrid in 2020.
She is currently producing her first audiovisual project @estanentrenosotros with her partner Carlos Chamarro.
